Delivery Rates

Fixed delivery rates apply only to standard deliveries and everywhere on the Canadian Territory. In order for those rates to be applied, the customer must ensure to select “standard delivery” mode before finalizing their delivery. No change of mode of delivery will be authorized thereafter. The rates below are offered for online shopping only. The offer does not apply to the returns.
Bo Bébé does not commit himself to make refunds for any previous purchases.
Bo Bébé reserves the right to change the conditions of the offer like its duration without any notice. 

Fixed rates on standard delivery

- We ship everywhere in Canada*. On the other hand, please note that certain faraway regions are subject to additional shipping fees.
- We offer free delivery for orders with a minimal of $49 before taxes.
(Except for furniture and mattresses)
- Shipping fees will apply in case the minimum purchase is not reached.
- For the purchase of furniture and mattresses, additional delivery costs will be calculated according to the item of your choice and its destination. To know the costs, just add the items to your shopping cart and check out the details.

Assembled furniture delivery

- We only deliver to Montréal, Laval, South Shore, Gatineau, Trois-Rivières, Québec and Sherbrooke.
- Once your order has been completed, an employee will contact you to schedule a delivery date.
- If you have not received this call in the next 7 days, please inform us about it by calling our customer at 450-669-2323 extension 229.
- Once the delivery date has been scheduled, you must be present from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the delivery address indicated in your account.
- Please check your personal information to ensure we have the right delivery address, phone number and email.
- If you are unable to be at the delivery address indicated in your account on the delivery day, you will have to pay extra fees to get your furniture.

- When you receive your order, it is your responsibility to inspect the furniture's condition and, when appropriate, to tell the deliveryman any specific problem.
